Meet Willa, my 2-year-old sourdough starter and the heart of everything I bake. She has been lovingly fed and cared for every step of the way, growing stronger with each loaf, bagel, and pretzel. What started as a simple sourdough journey has become a passion, and every baked good I share is made with the same care, patience, and dedication that has gone into keeping Willa thriving. She isn’t just a starter—she’s the beginning of every fresh loaf and a special part of my sourdough story.
